Anyhow I think they will take relevant action against it.

I messaged to ask them to confirm the shipping was calculated properly due to the extremely expensive price and they did. I received the parcel and found it very poorly packed. with large items the shipping volume needs to be efficient or the postage cost goes up dramatically. Ocena
