RecenzjaMy items were well packaged. My concern is that half of the box was empty and filled with packaging materials. Why would I want to pay to ship a box half filled with packing materials, especially when the items are clothes? Clothes don't break if the box is dropped. I did not purchase fragile items. Therefore, the excessive packaging means that I paid to ship trash to myself. I do not appreciate wasting money and packing materials. How can I prevent this from happening again? |

The fishing rod was packed extremely well in a strong, compact tube, with very good protection throughout, and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping with UPS was very fast, and everything went smoothly with DDP and customs. I really appreciated the care taken with the packaging, especially as this was a rod I had been looking for for a long time. Thank you very much! |

ZenMarket odmówił wystąpienia o należne odszkodowanie oraz odmówił przekazania uprawnień Kupującemu, aby to ten mógł ubiegać się o odszkodowanie.
Jest to działanie na szkodę klienta .
