Recenzjatook 2 weeks for packaging but the content and box was really strong! price is lower compare to From Japan. If you're not rush about the package then zenmarket is a good choose. if you want to stuff ASAP then you probably need to find other proxy. |

Recenzjaparcel took 3 weeks to prepare, and above it They forgot one item in the warehouse, and I had to come up with a solution - since their system is having trouble coping with that issue ...
Other than that - everything was perfect. |

RecenzjaItems where packaged ok but there was to much empty space and the fill material aka paper was all smashed down and caused the outer box to collapsed next time please use bubble wrap or package better so there's not so much empty space, thanks |

i dont know what's happened with zenmarket.
they are just getting worse and worse. it takes them +10 days to pack your stuff and after that god knows how long it takes for them to actually ship the package.
absolutely unacceptable.
ive used zenmarket a lot (+30 packages) but i will never use zenmarket again. |

RecenzjaRequested parcel #21 on the 24th August. Long delay for it to be processed. Once processed I paid straight away for shipping. Then another delay. Parcel #21 was eventually collected/shipped via UPS to the UK on the 2nd October.
I also paid for packing reinforcement. The edges of the box were strengthened but everything was just thrown inside the box. This was a heavy parcel and a bit more care when packing would have been appreciated.
It only spent 3 days with UPS and there were damaged items when opening the parcel. Parcel #19 also had damaged items. These 2 parcels would not have survived SAL or Surface shipping.
I've never had issues with Zenmarket before, but sadly standards have dropped dramatically recently. What a shame. :-( |
