ImięArsen*** Data22.02.2024 KrajSerbia RecenzjaI can't believe that my parcel arrived in 12 days! It was PERFECTLY packed! With great care and precision. Grip is brand new, and I am very happy that I trusted zenmarket to deliver this to me!

ImięL. Na*** Data22.02.2024 KrajPortugalia RecenzjaParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.

Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service. Ocena

ImięL. Na*** Data22.02.2024 KrajPortugalia RecenzjaCompletely oversized package for the contents. Ended up paying more for shipping than I would have if they had fit the items into a box half the size. Ocena

Imię Data22.02.2024 KrajPortugalia RecenzjaWhile items were well packed, Fedex charged me for an extra "handling fee" despite all VAT being paid up front.

Contacting Zenmarket support ended up with me being told to just talk it out with Fedex. Avoid using the Fedex option if at all possible. Ocena
