2. A big plus and a welcome option on the part of ZM is the complete handling of the shipment with all fees already in Japan
=) to speed up and facilitate the smooth delivery of the shipment (while with meeting all the legal requirements of customs).
On the ZenMarket side, all services and expectations per unit are fulfilled (*_*)

3. Delivery via AVIA is an excellent ratio economic solution + security + relatively fast delivery time.
The overall delivery time was very decent *****)
...but minus is a current again:
The biggest delay occurred during customs clearance in the recipient's country :(
(*of course, the flexibility can be very different and depends on the authorities in the country of delivery)
4. The quality of the goods was very decent ****)
The product (amplifier / mixer / cass. ) was in very good condition ****)
(*As I mentioned before - this is relative because it depends on the seller / sellers)
...but in this case the quality was very good ****)
=) the amplifier is semi-clean, with small scratches +/-)
+ from a functional point of view - very good *_*
=) "mixer set" - well, a collection of an assortment of recording components in excellent condition
+ optically and functionally *****)
=) cassette - considering its age, the product is in excellent condition,
+ optically and functionally *****)
(*Anyway, I would recommend all three sellers as trustworthy *)
In summary: very good ratio of price and quality of all items *_*

...otherwise unfortunately average (set of scissors, pliers and accessories +/-).
(*Again - of course, it depends on the seller or sellers)
In this case, the quality was rather average ***)
=) CD/MD deck is a clean, without errors *_*
+ from a functional point of view - very good *_*
=) "set of scissors, pliers and acc." - well, a collection of new things and complete junk +/-)
All in all: good value for money.

All goods were in excellent condition
=) all is clean, without scratches or other defects *_*
=) from a functional point of view - excelent, completely without reservations *_*
=) so I can personally recommend both sellers *_*
...and I am sending full feedback 5 from 5 stars for a responsible approach.
All in all: an excellent price-quality ratio.

3. Delivery via FedEx was fast ***)
A small minus for FedEx is that there was an unnecessary delay at the head office of the recipient's country in Slovakia with the request for customs clearance of the shipment,
...which has already taken place correctly in Japan.
=) the course of delivery within Slovakia was not completely smooth
=) it was necessary to document customs clearance in Japan once more)
Anyway, the overall feeling is good */*
4. I am not going to comment on the quality of the goods at length - because it was an older / used items.
...only as a framework:
Some of the items comming up in perfect condition (CD media at I. quality *),
other less, or more "downhill" by the way of use and storage (-)
In summary: average quality of goods adequate for the price. |

RecenzjaParcel and item arrived damaged but Zenmarket was not at fault. The local shipping company damaged the parcel in their sorting process. Damage partially refunded, it took a few months. |

RecenzjaI am really grateful for all service throughout. I was little worried about the packaging as it is a fragile musical instrument with no hardcase, but Zenmarket's reinforcement packaging was VERY VERY GOOD. |
