NamaJT Tarikh31/07/2020 NegaraKanada Maklum balasThis is my first time with ZenMarket and I am very pleased with the cautiousness of the procedure of buying and shipping and overall the product in general. I bought a set of figures of Yahoo Auctions and I was skeptical at first of having a proxy service buy it since it was my first time doing it. I won the auction and the parcel was shipped to the warehouse where it stayed for a couple of weeks while I gathered funds to pay for international shipping. As soon as I created and paid for the parcel it spent a couple days in the preparing to ship status but after a few days it went to shipping soon after I bugged them about when the shipping process was going to occur and arrived at my doorstep within a week. To be honest I was very surprised at how fast my delivery came as I expected there to be some delays at the sorting centers and shipments by air by within 3 days, the parcel left Japan and came Canada. I used EMS as the standard as I didn’t want to pay a lot for shipping and was able to track my parcel throughout the entire process. Although shipping is pricey, it is what you get as you are buying for the service of having items shipped to you. The 300 yen service for ZenMarket is a reasonable fee and overall not super duper expensive. The only thing that costed a bit was the shipping as it was around $35 CDN and my figures which were about $15-16 CDN. Depending on your country as well, shipping times can vary but for myself in Canada, the service was speedy and I received the package within one day of the parcel arriving at customs and going through the sorting facility and eventually shipped to my city and out for delivery. Due to the current pandemic, I advise others to not worry too much as delays are expected but please have the patience with the shipping companies and ZenMarket.
Overall I am very satisfied with ZenMarket as a first time user as I was able to get my parcel and contents safely (well packaged with recycled paper for cushioning) in a timely matter and was able to receive while staying indoors in accordance to the social distancing rules. I can tell ZenMarket team is also trying their hardest with inquiries as evident to the quick responses to my questions.
*One more thing to note, the seller I bought my items from was not a scam because usually buying things off auctions is a bit sketchy as you can’t return after you win an auction and I was lucky enough to find that my items were exactly as what the seller described it as in the item description (New and unused).
