Maklum balasfinally received my parcel, and I'm very happy that everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. The bag and all the official merchandise are beautiful, exactly as expected.
During the shipping process, I was very worried because the tracking stopped updating for many days, and communication was sometimes frustrating. In the end, however, the parcel did arrive.
Unfortunately, the final delivery by the local courier was unacceptable. The courier rang my intercom and threw the parcel into the courtyard instead of handing it to me personally. No signature was requested, even though this was an EMS international shipment. I had to run downstairs immediately to recover the package, and it could easily have been lost or stolen.
Despite the stressful delivery experience, I appreciate that all my items arrived safely. I hope future shipments can be handled with better communication and more professional final delivery. |
