Maklum balasThe warehouse services (packing & shipping) are absolutely the best in the business. However, the Customer Services are the worst, because ZM keeps using outsourced, which is not from Japan, so they are ABSOLUTELY INNEFECTIVE and COMPLETELY USELESS if you have a real problem. |
