For example this particular package was stucked/delayed at Customs for 5days! This despite I paid very high chargers using DHL!

You sould appreciate its very risky for non-Japanese to buy from Yahoo Japan because the Sellers can only speak Japanese. Unlike Ebay all the Sellers can speak English and we can ask many questions before we purchase the items. I buy mainly useed or broken wrist watch. My main point is some of the watches are total damaged/junked when it arrived. So if Zemarket forced us to declare very high value during shiping we might lose a lot of money from additional taxes and admind cost.

I open an account with Zenmarket mainly because previosly I can declare a lower value during Shipping. But now is not possible and Zenmarket no longer has any advantage compare to Ebay or other platforms.

Bottom line if you donot revert tothe old policy I willclose my Zenmarket account.
