Maklum balasOrdered a vital bracelet from japan that came with a bonus imperialdramon promo memory. Got the item and when I checked it the imperialdramon memory wasn't there. Turned out zenmarket didn't check the item to make sure everything that was suppose to be there was included before shipping it out. Contacted them and they claimed that even though it was their job to make sure all items were as described before shipping, it wasn't their job to make sure all items were as described and if I wanted that, I should give them more money to check before shipping it out. They also kept passing the blame to the seller and refused to take any blame for their mistake, saying it wasn't policy to open new items before shipping. Which is fine, but the promo memory was a separate item and it not being there should have been noticed.
I will add, when this was found out, customer service was quick about solving the issue and I did get my promo memory and the items in working condition. 5/5 stars for customer service on that front. |
