I had been slightly worried about some mugs I had ordered, but they wrapped them nicely and reinforced the edges of the box so well that they arrived in one piece. Thank you so much! I prefer zenmarket of neokyo, definitely. |

Maklum balasParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.
Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service. |

Maklum balasWhile items were well packed, Fedex charged me for an extra "handling fee" despite all VAT being paid up front.
Contacting Zenmarket support ended up with me being told to just talk it out with Fedex. Avoid using the Fedex option if at all possible. |
