Customer service reps are quick, friendly and patient, offering as much help as they can in resolving issues.
Seriously, zenmarket is the best proxy service by far. They are extremely generous with promotions, sometimes even going overtime with their shipping campaigns so people who have lodged parcels late can still benefit.

Maklum balasParcel arrived in time, packing this time was not correct, as the handles should be turned into the in-sides of the bags, rather than place on the out-sides of the bags, as it has left handle markes on the leather on the out-side of the bags, really hard to correct the indents. Other-wise Zen offers a great shopping experience. Contact/support staff have amazing contact skills and responses, they go the extra lenght to make shopping an amazing experience, they make ZEN -Market a great company, well done |

Maklum balasI love how all items are carefully packed! Though there seems to be delay from Japan, once it was out for international shipping, it took less than a week for me to get it! Amazing! The customer representatives were patient with my queries and responded promptly. |
