The parcel also arrived slightly damaged (dents and pushed in), the item box inside also sustained some damage, but the figure inside was undamaged. Again, the fault of the shipping company. I'm a little disappointed that it could have been packed in a slightly larger box, especially for high-value items, with more cushioning and bubble wrap to prevent damage to the actual contents inside. I found that the figure box was flush with the box, with one layer of bubble wrap. This was out of my control, as I wasn't sure what the actual figure box dimensions were with respect to the parcel box size ZenMarket used. In the end, the figure wasn't damaged, so I'm happy.
