I opened one of them which was wrapped in two separate bubble wraps. I am disappointed to find inside the bubble wrap, the orchid pot I bought is all broken into pieces with many fine broken clay. This is the second time I have encountered my pot was broken in the parcel sent by Zenmarket in this week. Look like the parcel has been accidentally dropped as the pot was shattered inside with many small pieces. The other pot I bought is fine and intact. I have taken photos to prove what happened to my two pots. I want this investigated and a refund for the costs associated with this purchase and freight. I will report this incidence to my local Australia Post and file a claim for refund.
