This is my first time buying from a proxy service. I can definitely say that worry days are now gone because of how convenient and efficient ZenMarket is. It's like you are physically there in Japan because you are in control on every step of the process with your order. You may confirm the size/color before buying. You may also change the declared value of your parcel (this is very helpful for those who worry about Customs Duty Tax here in the Philippines) and automatically insure your package (with a minimal fee). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will surely use this service again!
