Originally I ordered the wrong version of the item I wanted as my own fault and even though it was my mistake Zen was very helpful to re do the order with the correct item I wanted

They packed my items with Extra care like it was their own and the Reinforcement is a must if you want a Mint item to arrive..
The extra thick corners to reinforce it were great and DHL is best for international deliveries as they dont neglect your package as much as the other shipper competitors..

I am overjoyed that everything in my collector edition arrived Minty Fresh! This is how the world should pack and listen to their customers wants.

Japan packs with extra care!

I am more then satisfied and anything I want from Japan I will be using the Zenmarket.
