The box came in and the contents were neatly wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything seemed secure and unscathed in its journey from Japan to Texas. Even though UPS didn't handle the parcel too carefully, and there were holes in the cardboard, everything arrived intact.
However, I am a bit disappointed of UPS service. The price was very high, the customs fees were higher than if a parcel of the same value was handled by postal services, and the UPS website to pay the fees in advance did not even work correctly. It also took them a week, instead of 2-4 days to deliver the parcel.		 별점
