One expensive item received broken -
and there is no way it was damaged on the way -
because the parcel was intact.
But, they insisted on me contacting International FEDEX by myself to ask for compensations. but since they paid FEDEX on my behalf - FEDEX don't know me ( and, between us, they are not the ones to blame ).
so, to sum it : service is fine - but don't expect to be compensated, even if you are insured, unless parcel is completely lost.		 별점
