이름 작성일자2022-10-18 국가필리핀 제도 피드백I wanted to recognize the sincere and thoughtful care given by the customer service and packaging team for this parcel. My parcel contains B2 poster and a bunch of Bluray disks and magazines. The initial packaging was a huge box that was too expensive for me. So, I asked and paid to repackage the parcel - requesting to fold the poster twice/thrice to fit a smaller affordable box. To my delight, the packaging team decided to use 58cm × 31cm × 8cm box which is affordable for international freight yet kept my B2 poster rolled and protected, without the need to fold! Also appreciate the support of Customer Service for ensuring my concerns are taken care of. Much thanks and keep it up! 별점

이름LilMe*** 작성일자2022-10-15 국가미국 피드백Bought some Takara Tomy beys, and I'm very satisfied when they arrived. The packaging is great, and there's no damage to the items.

[UPS Shipping] The parcel arrives fast & on time.

The bulk of the time since Purchase to Arrival for my order is waiting for the items to arrive at the warehouse. Creating the package took about 1 to 2 days. And the shipping took 2 days (*Shipping time vary depend on your chosen method).

Overall, I would definitely recommend ZenMarket, a great service to get your hands on some JP goods. 별점
