All of my items are complete, well packaged and are in mint condition (considering that they are books). Really glad that I've managed to get a copy of Mika Pikazo's Art Book ^^ Thanks ZenMarket! 별점

which meant I had to pay double to shipping despite already paying for it in full the first time.
the "Our company is not responsible for any possible damages or losses of your item during domestic or international delivery. In this event, claims should be addressed to the relevant transportation company. We are not responsible for delays which may occur due to customs procedures of your country." policy is kinda scummy and doesn't help solve any problems for the buyer. which is why I'm giving it a 2 star this time. the items eventually arrived so I'm glad I didn't have to pay for shipping a 3rd time. 		별점
