이름Jose *** 작성일자2026-06-01 국가미국 피드백The package request was followed perfectly(Bundle into same similar-sized groups safely as possible) they made the trip, it also made unpacking much more easier and convenient over the default of Zen packing every single order separately. However, the box was left with about 1/4-1/5 of it bare/empty without any filler, which let the items bounce around. Some items were bent, but as they fall under “used” I cannot blame one entity. The box had damage, but this could be blamed to the last mile courier, as it had an incision made by a carton knife, and had a large rip on one side, it’s a miracle everything arrived, but I think what saved the items from dropping off the box was the fact they were grouped together, which kind of made it harder to fit into the rip/tear of the box than if every order piece was packaged individually. The rating given was only due to the void in the box. 별점
