Chose a mid-tier shipping option and it arrived in 2 days (as does everything I order from Japan for some reason).

이름Red 작성일자2023-12-04 국가미국 피드백I was wondering why the consolidation process was taking longer than usual, and I also thought that perhaps the price of shipping had gone up when I saw the rates. All my items were in a flat rectangular box that was then put into a much bigger square box excessively filled with used bubble wrap. You could tell the bubble wrap was used b/c there was still washi tape, masking tape, or stickers that read "fragile" stuck to it. There were also lots of empty bubble wrap bags that were torn inside it too. I think these might've been packing materials from other customers' previous orders. There was even two foam peanuts inside that didn't provide any sort of meaningful function either.

There was no reason not to just send me the flat rectangular box since all my items were already in there. I can't understand why they decided to put that box inside a much bigger box before shipping it. It feels like ZenMarket made me pay for extra shipping by sending this much bigger and heavier box filled with their used bubble wrap garbage. I don't mind if packaging is excessive to protect the products, but this excess bordered on malicious intent. It felt like they didn't know how to dispose of their excess packing material, so they sent it all to me and even had the gall to charge me extra for it!

I can't attach photos here, so I'll probably have to share it on social media later to show just how much trash they sent me. I've never been angry at ZenMarket before, but when a company repeatedly emails me to say how much they appreciate and care for their customers only to go and do something like this... It reeks of insincerity! You crossed a line!		 별점

Shipping time was very fast, and the process of making the parcel was very convenient. It's nice how they give you time to make the payments as the items are stored in their warehouse for a month.
