No items came damaged and all were accounted for considering the large amount of items consolidated into one shipment. Consolidation and upgrades were easy to do and customer service was helpful every step of the way with any and all questions I had. -ZenPoints do nothing.

-Items being purchased from the wrong sellers requested. At least (5) times have occurred in the past 6 months. 2 today which is quite frustrating.

Recent fee increases makes Zenmarket now an expensive proxy for purchasing many items from.
