피드백My second zenmarket parcel. Also a good experience. Option to just copy paste a store address into your search is made of awesome, means I can go straight for the brands that I already know and enjoy. Overall I would say this is the most convenient and user friendly proxy I have so far experienced. Thank you! |

피드백This was my first time using zenmarket and I am pleased to say it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Love the user interface, intuitive. Also appreciate the option to split items into multiple parcels. Everything I ordered arrived safely. That's some good packing you guys do, I had fragile items (kimono) tossed into thin plastic envelopes by other proxy.
I switched to zenmarket because my previous proxy could not order from mercari stores. After this, I will stay with zenmarket for everything else, too. Thank you! |

피드백I'm using UPS for the first time to ship a used laptop from Japan to the Maldives. The Japanese service is fantastic, but the Maldivian service is terrible; there are delays in submitting documentation for customs clearance, there is a delivery cost, and the delivery service is subpar. |

피드백There was never a problem before, so this time might have been an honest mistake. There is a book that is larger than the rest, which normally is a thinner book then the rest. So packing a thick tankobon book with thin bigger magazine, it normally comes with a cardboard to support the larger book. However, this time, there is no cardboard, therefore, the larger book folded a bit at the spine and caused a noticeable damage creases. What a bummer as it is a new book. Hope for a such mistake to never happen again. |
