RecensioneWhy did you ignore my request to pack the spinning rod in a tube smaller than 9cm in diameter? You’ve accommodated similar requests in the past, even when the rod case was large. My friend and I regularly order from you, and you even managed to pack his 82MH-X rod for 7,700 yen.
I’ve been using your service because it used to be more cost-effective, but now I don’t see any advantage over your competitors. Your recent packaging added over $100 in extra shipping costs for me.
How am I supposed to stay loyal under these conditions? |

RecensioneI used Zenmarket for the first time as I was purchasing and end of life PC component that was only available in Japan.
The website was straightforward to use, communication was clear and the shipping to the UK only took 5 days.
I paid for extra packaging, everything arrived safely and well packaged.

RecensioneSito poco chiaro,non trovo normale che bisogna caricare il denaro prima nella loro wallet e non si può acquistare direttente...perchè se mentre lo faccio l'oggetto viene acquistato da altri poi i soldi rimangono in zenmarket...per il resto ho ricevuto la merce ordinata ma uno di 4 era difettoso sulle gambe e ho scoperto che era stato riparato con della colla...questo ovviamente no c'entra zenmarket ma il venditore che è stato poco onesto. |
