Thankfully items inside were packaged well and we’ve had no rain
If the items were more susceptible to damage from weather and we had our usual rain, could have been an issue but thankfully all arrived intact |

I’ve been a regular user of ZenMarket and generally appreciated their service — until now. My recent experience with Parcel #27 was deeply disappointing and has made me seriously reconsider using them again.
Despite providing clear and specific packing instructions, which I’ve always done for previous parcels, ZenMarket ignored my directions and pushed for a reinforcement option I hadn’t requested. As a result, I was forced to pay over ¥4,000 in extra fees, even though I had already specified how I wanted the items packed. Their explanation was vague and dismissive, with no real acknowledgment of my submitted instructions.
In addition, the processing time far exceeded their stated policy of 2–3 working days after payment. The parcel remained unshipped for an extended period with no proactive updates. The excuse? That it was created on a Saturday — yet I’ve had other weekend parcels processed without issue.
Adding to the frustration, a promotional discount (SUMMER2025) was launched shortly after I paid for international shipping. I asked if it could be applied, but they refused — no flexibility, no recognition of customer loyalty.
This experience left me feeling ignored, overcharged, and undervalued. Customer service was robotic and unwilling to properly investigate or resolve the situation. For a service I’ve trusted with high-value items, this was a huge letdown.
I expected better care, consistency, and accountability — and sadly, ZenMarket failed on all fronts. |
