RecensioneEverything arrived safely, the delay in shipping was caused by the local customs though, otherwise my parcel would have arrived much faster if it weren't for that. I do have to say that it is very unfortunate that the shipping method that I've always been using (including this parcel) - avia small - has become unavailable for my country as of recently, since it is the fastest, most affordable and most reliable shipping method.
I am satisfied with the service provided until this point, however, I might have to refrain from using this service in the future because of these circumstances (or use it less frequently). As always, thank you! |

The shipping cost is really expensive for Zen market. I have to sometimes pay for shipping to the warehouse and now I have to pay for shipping to New Zealand and also GST. The shipping charges and GST is ¥8700. Compared to ordering directly from Surugaya which offers free shipping, I save more.
Also I cant put all my purchase into the parcel, if I choose a bigger parcel, it will cost even more. So now I need to make another parcel which is also going to cost another ¥8700.

Recensionemy first zenmarket shipment arrived complete and in good condition! it was small parcel airmail and it arrived in 10 days which is pretty decent for the holiday season. customs opened it for some reason, idk why. clearly my secondhand hobby merch was dangerous lmao |
