Recensionesome bags were damaged, or junk. None of the coach bags had their coach tag. All the coach tag on the bags were taken off. The listing was not as described and this is unfair to buyers. I was disappointed . |

RecensioneI have shipped a few parcels throughout the last couple years and Zenmarket has always been very great with packing and handling care. I paid for extra parcel reinforcement on my most recent parcel and the extra protection given exceeded my expectations since I only needed and asked for smaller things in a small box inside the main package to protect from a larger and heavier item. My request was fulfilled, as well as the packer giving the box having extra external protection on the box's corners. Thank you Zenmarket! |

The lower lamp house was left attached to the microscope main body and it got chipped. The trinocular head should have been separated from the main body, which was not done either. Has spoilt the grooves!
The Main Body itself was not placed flat causing it to be chipped at the edge where it took most pressure during the transport/transit!
There was no sign saying which side is up!
Extremely poor service. Have been purchasing and shipping stuff via Zenmarket for a while. This was a shocking experience!!!
