I have a note and reproach only for the very, really very long order processing time up to check for courier/delivery company and high price of postage.

RecensioneZenMarket used to be the best place to shop but now their service levels and efficiency has gone down to the ground. It took them 3 weeks to ship my one single item after already receiving it in their warehouse. Replies to messages takes more than a day, sometimes even 2 days. It’s really bad now.
Recently, I requested to withdraw funds that I had in my wallet, it has been 3 days and no refund yet.
