All'inizio data la mia inesperienza ho avuto intoppi ed incertezze e li ho sommersi di richieste e loro puntuali mai infastiditi sempre con garbo mi davano indicazioni su cosa fare in quel momento per sbloccare la situazione che mi si era creata L'ordine fatto è arrivato a me in eccellenti condizioni ( 32,8 KG !!! ) grazie ad un imballaggio fatto a prova di tutto servizio che per altro offrono ad un costo bassissimo ( 1000 Yen ) . These were not visible in the product photos, and I feel that the seller deliberately advertised it in a misleading way. This condition is not only far from new for a premium fishing tackle product, but would only pass as a Cat C or Cat D item based on it aesthetics. As the packaging was well done, I highly doubt that these damages would be from shipping. I will contact ZenMarket customer support and raise a complaint ticket. Valutazione
