RecensioneTralasciando la lentezza nel preparare il pacco, ci sono state le feste di mezzo e lo avete comunque segnalato nel sito che avete carenza di personale, ma ho pensato, sto comprando oggetti rari e sto risparmiando un sacco di soldi quindi me ne sto. una volta spedito il pacco (che doveva arrivare entro una settimana) dopo 2 settimane controllo il tracking e il pacco risulta partito dal giappone e non si sa dove sia, vado ad aprire una segnalazione e leggo che devo aspettare almeno 30 giorni prima di fare reclamo... ok sto sempre aspettando qualcosa che ho pagato meno che dalle altre parti, accetterò anche il ritardo nella consegna. Poi il pacco arriva, e ta-dan, sorpresa! Il postino mi dice che ci sono da pagare 70€!!!!! Per cosa ovviamente non si sa, dogana? Ero stata avvertita che poteva capitare? NO! ho perso un mese ad aspettare qualcosa che avrei potuto comprare direttamente da amazon giappone, avrei speso gli stessi soldi e mi sarebbe arrivato in meno di una settimana... e senza spese doganali!!!!! MAI PIU'!!!! |
