RecensioneExceptionally well packed! Everything was bought quickly and was carefully packaged, which was extra impressive because I had bought a big lot of something- so there were a lot of items. I had been slightly worried about some mugs I had ordered, but they wrapped them nicely and reinforced the edges of the box so well that they arrived in one piece. Thank you so much! I prefer zenmarket of neokyo, definitely. |

RecensioneParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.
Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service. |
