RecensioneInizialmente ero piuttosto titubante riguardo a questo sito, non sapendo se il pacco sarebbe mai arrivato. Tuttavia, devo ammettere che mi sono ricreduto. Nonostante un leggero ritardo, il pacco è arrivato in condizioni impeccabili. Le figure corrispondono perfettamente alla descrizione e l'imballaggio era molto curato, garantendo la sicurezza del prodotto durante il trasporto. Sono davvero soddisfatto e non vedo l'ora di effettuare un altro ordine! |

RecensioneExcellent service. Items were well-packaged and in perfect condition. I should note that I paid for the optional reinforced packaging just as a precaution so I'm usure how different that is from the regular packaging, but everything was well-secured and taken care of. Choice of shipping was UPS, and they delivered way faster than I expected. Only took two days from the time of shipping to the arrival at my doorstep. Overall for my first experience with Zenmarket, this was great and I would definitely order from them again! 10/10 service |

RecensioneVery bad shopping experience. After the product arrived at the warehouse I requested reinforcement packaging, the result was to increase the volume of the package. Despite the new features the system wasn't giving me the shipping options it should have. The result was the cancellation of the package and the reinforcement. In a check that was done the shipping method I wanted was available resulting in me losing money. Maybe a momentary system error. |
