I can say that packing wise it is excellent so you wouldn't need to worry about damage to your items upon arrival. Support has been very helpful and responsive aswell. The optional photo service is also great if you want to check your items. I chose surface shipping (via boat) even though it was a long wait, just over 2 and a half months, it was totally worth it!
