I ordered two guitars — a Schecter Hellraiser C-1 and a Charvel CDS-075 HSH — and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team at Zenmarket are true professionals. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the packaging was absolutely top-notch — secure, protective, and clearly handled with care.
Shipping via UPS was incredibly fast. Both guitars arrived in perfect condition here in Europe, with no delays or issues. I’ve bought instruments internationally before, but this was by far one of the best experiences.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy from Japan. Great service, great speed, and total reliability. |

I will say that my box was packed so well that it did bust open at one corner but luckily nothing was lost during transit! I paid for shipping on the 6th and my package already arrived today on the 13th, so I was pleasantly surprised! |
