The staff were happy to answer some initial queries I had as to how the buying process would work. The buying process itself went smoothly and was clear at every stage. Adding money to my account was easy and the fees involved were clearly explained. A wide range of delivery options allowed me to balance cost with time. I am happy with the received product and the services rendered by ZenMarket, and will surely return should I ever need to find particular Japanese products that are rare or hard to source in the West. Even before the moment I requested the purchase, Zen Market were very helpful and responsive. Being new to the service I asked a few questions and always got helpful answers back very quickly.
I then purchased the item and was kept updated every step of the way.
They went above and beyond on the requested photo service.
I was nervous about using the service at first, especially as it was my first time and was a high value product but I am so happy that I did.
In 1 week I have successfully imported a product I couldn't get over here from the other side of the world all for a more than reasonable fee!
