FeedbackThe inside process attentions are good, fast answers with doubts and watchlist. The trouble is that you need just give more days of waiting with the intern buy process and the shipment. I almost wait 2 months in the SAL option, and here in your page say just 18 days and the tracking page got troubles, I had to use 17Track page. One of the three books had imperfections in the spine extreme, but you package the books in a good way, maybe was the product itself before you buy it, at least no damage in the textblock or broken covers. Thanks for your services and I hope to have another chance and much better experiences with you. |

FeedbackWasn't late. Very good service. Packaging was good, had newspaper and bubble wrap as packaging, but there wasn't newspaper at the bottom of the package which didn't affect it too much, but it would be nice to have some protection there as well. |

FeedbackThis was my second package. This time the total weight was 11,35kg so I decided on FedEx shipment.
There were 50 orders in my package so on a per item basis the international shipping costs for each product were very reasonable! There were no extra insurance charges either.
I had a delicate anime figurine in the order which made me choose the extra packaging reinforcement. I thought of a super sturdy and heavy reinforced box but the packagers just put two regular boxes inside of each other. A very good idea! Saves weight and the inner box is well protected by some bubble wrap and the outer box!
It took the package a total of 6 days to arrive at my home including weekend. It came in the afternoon and I was a little worried because the box was a little dented. However after opening I realized the double boxing and the second box inside was in absolutely beautiful shape.
All items inside arrived absolutely undamaged. My arrangement suggestions were followed 100%. It was a very good idea to have the package wrapped and arranged like this. I will choose this packaging again on my next shipment!
