I ordered two guitars — a Schecter Hellraiser C-1 and a Charvel CDS-075 HSH — and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team at Zenmarket are true professionals. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the packaging was absolutely top-notch — secure, protective, and clearly handled with care.
Shipping via UPS was incredibly fast. Both guitars arrived in perfect condition here in Europe, with no delays or issues. I’ve bought instruments internationally before, but this was by far one of the best experiences.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy from Japan. Great service, great speed, and total reliability. |
