FeedbackGreat packing job, truely. All 8 items arrived safe to West Coast US. Still difficult to deal with the slow communications between Zen and the seller, basically so slow, you can't aks questions, which, if you have questions about on item, that is broken with this service. Fees are 5 fold: Money exchange (they say 3.5%, I've been getting more like 9%), bid fee, shipping from source to warehouse, shipping from warehouse to US, and one other. Just be prepared as their Advertising would indicate it's a low fee service, not so. Also, having to have the money "on hand" in your account, instead of paying after you have purchased an item or won an auction is a very big barrier to doing business with ZenMarket. Satisfied, but the lack communications speed, the expense fees (5) and holding your money prior to purchase are three big negatives. |

FeedbackI received this parcel a week or so ago. Everything came perfectly, parcel was well packed and ZM did their job well all the way in buying everything
I have been using ZM for a while now. And I can say it's best proxy service there is for buying from Japan. First of all they have got amazing rates. They does everything in just 300yen. Even for things many other proxies charge extra for. They pack parcels so well. I never had anything missing or damaged since last 2-3 years. Their site is so easy to use, clear and has alot of good features. And their service is great too. Last but not least. Their customer support is really great. I ask them question about item I want to buy in case I'm not sure about something or have a issue. They reply pretty quickly and tries their best to resolve my problem.
Overall great experience now. Highly recommended |
