FeedbackI knew going in it would take a while because of the current pandemic, but ZenMarket handled auction and order very well! It took a little less than a month from the time I won the auction to the time I received my item. The longest I waited was for the item to be sent to their warehouse. But once they had it, they quickly gave me the price of shipping that I chose, and once I paid, they very quickly shipped the item! They sent me the tracking info so I could see where my item was located and see an estimate of the arrival time. I ended up getting my item 3 days earlier than expected! I also paid extra for secure packing since my item was glass, and they did a great job on that as well. |
