Items were packaged great for what they were- enough packaging but not too much unnecessary packaging. As a first time proxy user, the staff were so helpful and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. Will definitely be a returning customer! |

Allow me to express my opinion in more detail for the shippment number: #8 / RX134672785JP.
So the first - for delivery:
I am completely satisfied with the delivery to my address.
The method of transport is very reliable *)
The speed of delivery was very satisfactory **)
Second - about the contents of the shipment:
I am absolutely 100% satisfied with MCusta item "Scissors (VCQL5)".
The contents of the shipment corresponded to the description of the auction
and the scissors are in 100% condition ***)
Scissors and wood box is clear and unused ****)
Blade of scissors is a sharp as a new *****)
I send five stars for this seller :)

I am not at satisfied with the item Hiro "Kitchen knife (VCQL3)" :(
The handle knife was clogged and dirty 1. :-(
However, that is a secondary problem (rather a matter of the seller's seriousness).
However, it´s more important is that after cleaning I found the flaws hidden by dirt :- -(
In the joints on the handle, I found cracks and dropped joint sealant :- - - (
Another shortcoming is the corroded, loose and partly fallen riveting of the handle of the blade :- - - - (
This was not mentioned in the description of the auction !
I give the seller of this knife a decidedly negative rating :- - - - (

FeedbackWell received, the items are in good condition. I ordered 2 packages of refilled shampoo, 2kg plus including packaging box, shipped with EMS, luckily no tax duty required for me. Fast response is the best from Zenmarket. If offer real-time chat response that would be greater. This is the first time I use Zenmarket. I think everything is satisfied and recommend toward new user to try small and light package first to get used to how things work. |
