FeedbackEm it was ok service never expected it to actually take a full month to arrive I would plead to zenmarket please any ties that you have with EVRI/Hermes please cut ties with them you don't know how many times this people lose millions of people's packages especially in the UK and they are not held responsible for what they are doing luckily I don't know what happened but I got my package but I may not be lucky next time I hope you read this feedback and make appropriate steps to mitigate this.

Because they did not uploade a digital IOSS number,
i had already paid good and service tax in japan,
fun,,,, waiting 3 months for parcel just to get hit with extra tax |
