I love that you can have them upload photos of the product you ordered (especially if an item is second hand) so you can feel confident in what you’re buying. When I received my package it looked fantastic. Zen goes above and beyond with the packaging. They use an appropriate sized box that is strong and rigid. They put plenty of packing material to ensure the items are well protected and the add additional protection to the outside of the shipping box to strengthen the box even more. I am very happy with the entire process and will purchase through Zen Market place again. Bewertung

What's the point of investing so much in a Turkish version if you're just going to disregard the challenges of the region?

NameJens *** Datum24.03.2023 LandDeutschland FeedbackVor Kauf muß man sich über die Höhe der Nebenkosten klar werden. Die kann man aber nur abschätzen, wenn man schon mal gekauft hat. Es klappt alles wieder sehr gut, über alle Schritte wird informiert. Sehr schön, daß man von verschiedenen Händlern gesammelt kaufen kann. Sehr lobenswert: die deutsche Umsatzsteuer wird mit den Versandkosten einbehalten und in DE anerkannt. Vom Kauf bis zum Empfang der Ware können allerdings locker 6 Wochen vergehen. Dies ist nicht etwa dem Transport von JP nach DE geschuldet (nur 7 Tage), sondern dem Handling in JP bis zum Versand und in DE der Zollabfertigung und dem deutschen Transportunternehmen! Bewertung
