FeedbackIch habe schon mehrfach bei Zenmarket gekauft. Die Plattform ist sehr gut organisiert und das Angebot durch div. Verkäufer gut. Jeder Schritt wird nachvollziehbar im Konto dokumentiert. Auch die Übernahme der VAT (IOS) funktioniert gut. Eigentlich alles top. Als störend empfinde ich die lange Zeit zwischen Bezahlung und dem tatsächlichen Transport nach Deutschland - 3 Wochen. Die einzelnen Schritte dauern unverständlich lange. Von Asien bis zur Haustür braucht es mit Zoll dann nur noch 3 Tage. |

FeedbackFirst time using ZenMarket. Easy to use and navigate, but don't expect fast shipping if using Zen Express standard (took almost a month for a small parcel). Well packaged despite not opting for additional packaging. Will definitely use ZenMarket again :) |

FeedbackThe package has been held at customs because they say there was no invoice... value of items and customs tax to be imposed was is still being processed after numerous correspondences with me. I hope the next EMS delivery will include invoice. Other recent parcels sent via DHL was smooth where local customs tax was immediately billed and paid online. |
