FeedbackWhen one of my packages did not arrive on the estimated date, I informed them of my concern to which they responded very quickly that they will look into it. Once they found it (it was accidentally shipped to one of their other warehouses instead of their main warehouse), they informed me the next day that they brought it back to their main warehouse so that I was able to request for packaging. Great service and quick work at getting the job done. |
