FeedbackZenMarket needs to provide a more detailed description of the contents of the parcel. This parcel was held in customs for over a week. ZenMarket did not respond to the request to provide more documentation. Luckily, I was able to contact the shipping company and provide detailed information. This could have been avoided if ZenMarket indicated the type of material the items were made from ie plastic, metal, rubber, etc. |
