1. Scaming/stealing money from shipping is high risk / potential. Staff can input wrong dimension to finalize the shipping fee. For example dimension 30 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm can be inputed to 30 cm x 45 cm x 220 cm. It will be increase the shipping fee from normal to 10x and the actual weight also can be advance, so the shipping fee can increase also. No clear / transparent methode to measure it.
2. Approval time for some case or edit the package takes so long since the time different between customer and the internal staff. It can take 24 - 48 hours until the case can be read by the staff.
3. Some CS does not understand the case to resolve the problem.
