FeedbackThe service fee is too expensive now, especially when other sites are still 300 yen. Compared to the price, the service is not even that good. Customer support is inconsistent, once I received 3 different responses from 3 different staffs on why my item couldn't be purchased, items take way too long to be packed and it also takes an unreasonably long time to adjust shipping methods (at least a few days). Zenmarket used to be good but it has fallen off, the only beneficial and unique factor left about this website is the credit limit. I used to love this site but now I'm never going to use it again |

FeedbackWell packaged but it would be good if the General Services Tax could be added at the time of ZenMarket shipping so aditional shipping processing fees arent incurred when parcel arrives in destination country. |
