NameL. Na*** Datum22.02.2024 LandPortugal FeedbackParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.

Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service.

Contacting Zenmarket support ended up with me being told to just talk it out with Fedex. Avoid using the Fedex option if at all possible.
