ブランド、メーカー：秋田の日本画家平福百穂の作品です。画題が「旭に群牛」「寄書百穂会」と箱表に書かれてます。百穂の落款・印譜の他三人の落款、印譜が有りますので百穂会の方々の合作と思われます。中に戸田玉秀の落款・印譜が有りますが他は分かりません。黒和牛三頭、赤和牛一頭の計四頭が描かれ、それぞれ皆立派な角が生えてますが今の牛には角が有りません安全のために子牛の時点で生え際を焼くとか・・・・・
でも闘牛は別でしょうけど。
百穂の弟の鑑定書有ります。
